Hello,

We have received multiple messages from customers claiming that they are unable to purchase orders from Amazon.fr.

The message they are seeing:
“We are unable to ship non-digital items to shipping addresses in France and Monaco. Please choose a shipping address that is not in France to continue. Some restrictions may still apply depending on the article. You can also visit amazon.fr to access millions of products delivered in France.”

We are a UK based company that sells throughout Europe.
Due to issues with Brexit, we now have a warehouse in France. All of our items are now stored and dispatched from France and delivered in France, hence the confusion.

We are having no issues with any Prime orders (we are SFP) however, all non-prime orders are met with this message.

I have opened up countless cases with Amazon (after each case falls through) and spoken with them on the phone. As expected, I have gotten nowhere with them. If anybody has experienced this or has any fixes for this, it would be greatly appreciated.

It is also worth mentioning that all shipping templates have been looked at. We have sold on Amazon.fr for the past 3 years so we know that this is not right. The address on the account also reflects the new French warehouse address.

In that case if the system believes you are dispatching locally, check your performance notifications and your VTR (which is a domestic metric) which if below 95% could have had your listings removed as per screenshots below.

Thank you for your message.

I apologize for the confusion, I meant that the dispatch location matches the French address in the back end of seller central.

The message only displays to customers who are in France looking to buy from Amazon.fr.
We have used a French address, VPN, and devices that have never been logged onto our Amazon account and we see the same issue.

Unfortunately, it is not that buyers are not able to see our products, it’s when they go to purchase the item, they are told due to being in France the item cannot be shipped to their location despite this item being stored and dispatched from a French warehouse.
