My listings from US are going into Canada. How can I remove all the listings from Canada?

Hello,

We only sell on Amazon (US) and we noticed all of our listings are going to Amazon (CA). How can we stop this and remove so we don't lose the option to sell on CA in the future? Thank you.

Zero out inventory in the Canandian marketplace and place that account on vacation.

Hi @Seller_FAKUe4ciQwjZr,

Thank you for your post. As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 has stated, you will want to clear all inventory out of the CA marketplace and then place that store in vacation mode. You may also have the option to close (rather than delete) the listings in the CA market. This essentially blocks buyers from seeing the listing within your store and therefore no orders will come through. However the listing will remain within the account and would not need to be recreated if/when you want to sell within that marketplace.

I would like to point out that the MX marketplace may also have listings within it (if you are not currently selling within that store). You can follow the same process within that market that you are planning to take in CA store as well should you desire to do so.

Regards,

Troy
