I am trying to list a product to sell and I do not have an external product ID for it. I have applied twice for a GTIN exemption and have received both of them. However, my listing still won't show that I have a GTIN exemption.

Im creating my first listing and i need a GTIN exemption but AMAzon doesn´t give the option to do it, How can i proceed?

I am trying to list some asin which are already in the amazon cataloıg and when I tried add product page method, even though there seems to be no error in the listing is not getting created. I have tried both fbm/fba method but still the same. I have also used via upload method howevet it does not solve the issue as well. Even though I am not creating a new listing to the amazon catalog or brand, I am just trying to add an existing active listing to my inventroy, ı am getting the error of 8567 regarding GTIN number. But the thing is ı am not even providing any gtın number and the listing is already defined and active. I have reached tens on seller support and they do not even understand my problem. I am tried of explaining the same thing and want to resolution of the problem.
