AZ granted without return! Amazon issued a refund to the buyer who never retirned the item with prepaid label!

Order ID: 404-8745810-1500332
an item has been delivered to the buyer exactly as described on April 24, 2025!
The buyer requested to return an item and prepaid label has been provided in timely manner. On May 05, 2025 the buyer opened AZ case saying something was wrong with the label and Amazon requested us to update prepaid label and we updated it and uploaded same day! New prepaid label with tracking number has been also ent to the buyer and attached in the message. So we did EXACTLY what Amazon asked us!
We replied to Amazon in timely manner as well on May 05, 2025 with response: Prepaid return label updated with valid tracking ID.
Without any explanation today only just after 1 day amazon issued a refund and we got defect! This is nonsense what Amazon does nowadays! Helps scammers, issues refund when wants without any reason!

The A-Z claims team has reviewed your case and consider their original resolution is correct. In this case, the buyer used an approved return label and the tracking is showing as delivered on 25/4/2025.
The decision is based in the policy “Refund orders”.
