Using Amazon shipping but VTR still 0%
All my orders are Fulfilled by Merchant. I have recently switched to buying Amazon shipping. I choose Royal Mail as the carrier and print out the labels. I stick these on and put the parcels into RM postboxes before the collection times.
Amazon has deducted these shipping costs but my VTR rate remains at 0%. What am I doing wrong?

It’s takes about 6 weeks for vtr to catch up due to the fact its based on EDDs and a 10 day lag

I have been going on Amazon shipping for the last 3 weeks and my VTR has dropped from around 85% to 74% so far. I have now had letters warning me that items will be suspended and just last night they stopped me from selling on 1st class.
Tried to talk to somone in India on Chat but they did not understand my problem and kept giving me cut and paste answers.

OK, it says that valid tracking rate 0/2 for premium when I need 100% all other metrics are ok.
Both of those were posted using Amazon shipping lables
The tracked 48 I mentioned was not used on Click and Drop for premium, I would use 24 tracked on there
Maybe the system just needs more time to know I am using Amazon shipping now.

Second day is still premium shipping
You must use Tracked24, or SD for these too
You cannot offer an upgrade to just 1st class
But when I use Amazon to print the lables for the second day orders it just gives me 1st class postage at £1.60 for a large letter, it does not say it is tracked, Not sure what I have set up if that is not possible, Unless at £1.60 it is a tracked 24?

Is that cannot or is it not permitted?
If not permitted then no problem, I will raise the price for Premium shipping and make it tracked 24
