Disbursements not available
discussion.i am a very small business. Items are generally max 6 to 10 pounds. After Christmas I restarted. It is now the 12th Feb and in all that time I have had only 3 disbursements. I normally do daily disbursements but don't understand how I send work out every day sometimes 6 days but can't get any money out. This means no money for restocking or paying the bills. They now owe me over £500 which might seems small to some but is huge to me. It just seems something has changed and I am not able to disburse as I was before. Anyone else in this situation? I get depressed when I get up and still nothing.

Accounts did change over to DD+7, which holds back funds from seller orders for seven days after the delivery date. You should have been notified about the change as many sellers had the opportunity for an extension to delay this action although it appears not all sellers had this chance.
