Buy Amazon Shipping - RM 1st & 2nd Class LETTERS not appearing
Our Royal Mail account is linked to Amazon and we received charges for Large letters & Parcels through our weekly OBA invoice however I don’t see any charges for LETTERS only when I print them through Amazon.
In the above post @the_little_shop stated these are charged by Amazon and would not appear on the OBA invoice, I was wondering if someone can help me where to find these in Amazon reports because I have tried it and I cannot see the charges anywhere.

they should be in reports - payments - transaction view - delivery labels purchased from amazon
if they are not there, you need to contact SS as its a reported issue in these charges showing on some accounts
