Change in Handling and Shipment times

Hi, I've noticed a change in my handling and shipping times, for example. A buyer purchases an item on Thursday, the 16th, at 20.21, the ship-by date is showing as Friday, the 17th :-0

Has anyone else experienced similar, and do you know why this could be, please?
