Shipping issue with missing 3 items out of 3

My shipping issue involves “-3” items out of 3. The Investigation confirmed these “-3” items.

Is that game "fool and foolish"? Are you serious? The Box delivery is confirmed, but my 3PL partner “should be more accurate with counting items.” The carrier delivered an empty box. Really?

I made an Inventory Ledger Report and found that there was a receipt for 3 items in the warehouse on delivery day. During the following 5 days, the balance started and ended with 3 of these 3 items. After that, they were followed into "In Transit Between Warehouses" status, and records disappeared. It is obvious that the employees received these items, but the system was not updated correctly.

I opened the case after my investigation, but it was ignored. Please help me escalate this issue so my items can be found or reimbursed.
