How can I send multiple of the same SKU's to FBA via pallet? Is it possible?

Hello,

We would like to send multiple of the same SKUs to FBA using a pallet, we would also like this pallet to be sent to FBA via collection from Amazon’s Partnered Carrier if possible.

Currently, we have a product that weighs 3.5kg, and we would like to send 120x on a pallet. I don’t see any way of doing this via normal means, as an error always pops up saying it’s not possible because it’s too heavy (over 23kg).

Please could someone help us set up the shipment correctly? We have done this using the old workflow but the new one doesn’t seem to allow this?

Just to clarify, we don’t want to send 120x items individually with separate box labels/shipping labels, we want to send them at once on a single pallet. Sending them individually is not cost-effective and would be very time-consuming.

I look forward to your replies, thank you.

Ok, then create a case pack template for one item in a box.
Then send 120 boxes.

You do not need to apply box labels to these, so you simply don’t print them.
As long as they are barcoded (commingled) or have an FNSKU label on.
Then at the end of the plan, you tell it how your shipping. ie. via pallet.
And which courier you are using.

If you plan on using UPS and haven’t used them before, be prepared for a period where they setup your account.

To be honest, it’s very like the way the old plan worked. Just putting information in, in a different way.

So you are sending 120 individual items, that are singly packed, correct?
