Unable to Verify My Information (UTR letter)

I have previously registered and sold on Amazon several years ago, I have since signed up late December and was asked to upload a paper copy of my confirmation of UNIQUE TAX REFERENCE number from HRMC, to which I did.
I received an email this morning which read the following,
Dear Seller,
We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.
Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing Seller Account.

I since contacted seller support who recommended me to email sellerverification@amazon.co.uk,
to which I have.
There is now no buttons or any way on my seller verification page to update any details.
Could anyone recommend what I could do next please.

does the name and address on the letter - as well as your actual UTR number match what you have entered in settings - account information - identity information ?
Did you upload a confirmation letter of the UTR that was dated recently ?
or an out of date letter or tax return etc

Did you sign up for a new seller account ?, or have you just resurrected your original account from several years ago ?

Please be sure to include the letter verifying your UTR number with the documentation you provide.
Did the performance notification you received include any extra information that needed to be submitted?
If so, please make sure that the documents you submit meet the requirements outlined in the performance notification.
Please provide the whole performance notification if you require any help with the documentation submission so that we can help you appropriately.
