feautured offer unavailable without any reason, i have good health doing FBA private label i am brand owner no other competitors in my listing i am only brand owner in my listing , my advertising is not running due to no featured offer, i opened so many case getting robotic replies [CASE 10040067502]

I am the brand owner of all my ASINs, they are private label products. Featured offer has been removed from all my listings. My account is enrolled in 'Account Health Assurance', I have 0 violations, nothing on performance notifications, voice is customer is clean, feedback is always address etc... Seller support live chat gives me help page links on how featured offers work, phone support do the same and told me that even if you're the brand owner, the only offer, prices well, doesn't mean you 'win' the buy box (featured offer).

It feels like today Amazon has decided they want to put me out of business and there isn't anything I can do about it. Anybody else experience this? I'm absolutely exasperated with the lack of help, transparency or empathy from Amazon - This is my likelihood, I have suppliers to pay, space rental to pay, bills to pay, employees and of course my family to keep etc, it seems Amazon doesn't care about any of this, if the algorithm decides time is up then time is up. It doesn't have to make sense.

I know that early in the year many sellers lost the buy box despite being the best price. This has not rectified itself for me & I have researched extensively & it appears that feedback, delivery times & even quantity in stock all play a part in winning the buy box, now referred to as featured offer.

I have several thousand listings where I am cheaper than the competition but they offer faster post & have more quantities. Today I noticed that when viewing my inventory the screen said "featured offer" but when looking at the listing my competition still has the buy box? Thoughts please...
