Call back service unavailable
Hello,
I am trying to sort out an issue on my account which has been dragged on for months now but now i can’t even speak to someone on the phone. Keeps saying Callback service is unavailable, emails from Seller Support are just copy and paste emails with no real help and Account Health emails are as vague as they can get.
How do i speak to a real person about this issue?
Really awful service for a company who just reported a 125 billion quarter…

I have the same problem. My account was deactivated, I sent two appeals but I keep getting the same automated reply back asking for more details. I can’t contact anyone to really explain my issue. On top of this I opened a case regarding this and I got a reply saying I need to appeal to the case so I can get my account reinstated. No one is there to help you. They just copy and paste replies. Amazon treats their sellers awful. Not sure what to do now…
