Account deactivated - help
My account has been deactivated due to needing to provide further documentation to verify my identity.
I have logged on to do this through the account health section as stated in the email however when I go submit the documents it will not let me and goes to a page displaying 'invalid charge method'. I do not understand why it is coming up with this error message as there is not a banner or red exclamation mark in the seller account information page informing me that a valid card is needed, the only warning that is showing is regarding identity information.
This is a new account and I have tried to contact customer support regarding this but the case is automatically closed because the account has been deactivated. How am I meant to get this sorted when I have no way of contacting customer support?

Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you need help with your accont reactivation.
Did you update valid charge methods ?
Please follow the steps below to add a new credit or debit card :
Go to Settings and click Account info.
From Payment information, select Charge methods.
Click Replace charge method for the credit or debit card that you want to replace and select the store where you would like to assign a new charge method.
Select an option to Add a new charge method. Enter the requested information exactly as it appears on your credit or debit card statement.
