I’m in a really tough spot and could really use some help or guidance. A few days ago, my Amazon seller account was disabled because my DAC7 hasn’t been verified.
When I log into my DAC7 portal, it says "Pending Verification," and it’s been stuck like this for over a month now. The problem is, I can’t make any changes or edit my information. I’ve checked everything multiple times, and all my details are correct. My passport details and VAT numbers are all marked in green as "Successfully Verified," but the verification process hasn’t progressed beyond this status.
I don’t know what else I can do. This situation has completely halted my business, and I feel helpless. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How can I get this resolved? I’ve tried reaching out to support, but I feel like I’m not making any progress.
If anyone has any advice or has been through this before, please let me know. I’m desperate to get my account back up and running.
