Deactivated account and Amazon taking money from my credit card

PLEASE can someone help - I have paid freelance amazon specialists to look at this and they actually wont take my money as they cannot see that the problem is mine - but Amazon will not respond to me.
My account has been suspended for 3 months - in error.
I have repeatedly provided all the information they have requested and am able to provide evidence that the country of establishment is correct and that my merchant business address matches.
We are also not VAT registered - in the UK or elsewhere.
We are not trading in Germany and our DE selling account has been inactive for years. We have no inventory, or even draft listings in our DE catalogue. That account is completely dormant.
I have provided screenshots to support all of this.
I have repeatedly requested a callback in order to discuss this - however nobody has called and the callback service to speak to ‘an account health specialist’ cuts off every time.
Unless I can speak to someone I am unable to see how I can resolve this issue - which appears to be entirely your Amazons error.
From being in credit when my account was suspended - I am now - £8,286.46

12 June 2023 for £2485.94
It now says:
Amount -£4,681.85 scheduled to be charged on 22/06/2023*
One message said I owed VAT in Germany.
I do not operate in Germany. I have never had any inventory in German. I stopped doing seller fulfill in German when my account there was hacked in 2021. At the time there was a return item - which was wrong as amazon never fulfilled in Germany (it shoudl have been to my UK account) - so my balance in Germany always said -£37.xx
I contacted amazon several times in 2021 saying please can i just pay this and settle it so it goes away but was always told don’t worry they will take it if they want it - as my UK amazon account is always trading and in credit.
I am stuck in an eternal loop - never being able to speak to anyone and now having thousands of pounds taken from my debit card - which obviously i am asking the bank to charge back - but have not had confirmation of that yet.
We are a tiny account on Amazon - having never sold more than a few hundred pounds on amazon.de we only have inventory in UK - which keep sending me messages saying my account has been reinstated- and yet it hasn’t!
No I am getting German messages in my UK account.
I am terrified - how can i stop them taking all this money and speak to a human about whey they are doing it?
I am now suffering form extreme stress and don’t know where to turn

when you were hacked, was it linked to a German account ? i believe you were not the only one if so as there were several threads back in 2021 based on these hacked accounts

I live in Scotland and my stock is in Scotland.
Yes the hack back in 2021 was in Germany. But was resolved finally. Although it does feel like a roll back of software or something that might have triggered this off - i have no idea.
I need to know how to stop them taking money ASAP and then a strategy of how to resolve this as all the cases i submit are ignored and all the call back requests ended.
Appreciate any advice please

I provided details 3 months ago - many times. I am stuck in a loop - waiting for a response as you advise is clearly not going to happen.
Amazon have started taking money form my account - we simply do not owe this money - and do not have it to give

I am beside myself with worry - i had a heart attack shortly after my account was hacked 3 years ago - and this is very bad for my health.
I have put a chargeback request on the money taken and cancelled the debit card - it is outrageous that noone has spoken to me to tell me what this money is for and when it will end taking random amounts form our account. I have submitted numerous times asking for someone to contact me. No one ever comes back.
We have happily traded in UK since 2004 paid tax always in UK and have never paid a supplier late.
Having only ever sold a few hundred pounds of goods on amazon.de this is clearly an error theiir side - why will noone call me to explain?
Our business is ruined - our coronation goods never reached amazon market place because of this.
Please can you give me a telephone number or contact details of someone who can help?
I really don’t know what to do - but waiting for amazon to randomly take money from our account is not an option 3 months.
Id be most grateful if you could help but please don’t ask me to wait for a response from them - i know there is a glitch / roll back going on.

@Abella_Amazon i am seeing cancelling my debit card as the only way to get amazon to engage directly with me .
I don’t see i have any other option other than to watch them take random amounts of money from my account.
Am i doing the right thing? I am more than happy to discuss with them - or if they answered one of my MANY messages over the last 3 months this could be resolved. No one is benefitting from being stuck in a loop that is ignored.
Should i be messaging on linkedIn to speak to someone? How can i contact a person who is able to respond?
