Amazon charging EU storage , FBA fees when is only in UK
Hello sneaky amazon are charging me storage /FBA fees for having units
stored in EU countries , when i have not set my multi country settings to store anywhere else but UK as i do not sell units anywhere else but UK
the Amazon support personnel keep offering options and explanations that divert from them admitting that Amazon have made an error and that they need to refund me the said fees.
the last message in the case is that i have to create a removal request to remove the listings from these fullfillment centres across the EU when i do not even know what units
have been moved and stored in EU countries.
what a nightmare .
i do not beleive i am being treated fairly

It means you probably have returns in eu
Download the inventory report and create a disposal order

You should be able to see which countries Amazon are charging you for and run an inventory report to see exactly how many units it is. It could just be units that have been returned by EU buyers but not made it back to the UK
Or it could be something more serious, but you’ll first need to see how many units are involved.

did you participate in the old efn programme? are these units from returns that have ended up there?

i have never participated in any efn programme , i only sell in UK

This thread has the disposal order instructions

Well thats not good enough, because i request a removal order for all my returns
so if it was a return Amazon should be returning back to my self.
most times i need to to and through case responces until it falls on someone who is competent enough to understand the situation.
another example of Amazon have been doing is this :
when i request a removal order for a certain product theu return a completely different product that i do not sell aand then there is the to and throw of case responces untill it is finally understood.
Amazon Support are an absolute nighmare in my opinion most of the support personnel simply cut and paste scripted responces without trying to understand the case notes or even reading then.

I beleive this is done purposely so that thay can stream extra revenue
