Listing Issues - continuous error codes

Anyone having issues listing recently. Doesn’t matter what I do, I get error messages telling me I can’t list and to apply for permission.

On one occasion they asked for product in hand photos, including the brand name etc. I’ve been round the houses trying to answer their non-sensical responses but get nowhere.

Just tried another product of which I already have others from the same brand, only to get another error message.
