I was asked to provide the following documents

Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register).

We are a Canadian company incorporated in Quebec. We don't necessarily have these Statutes. What kind of documents exactly should I provide?
