Account Linked with a closed account

Dear member, my account got suspended due to related account I submit my POA which was accepted, my account was reinstated in 5 minutes and then again suspended after 4 days. I received a phone call from amazon that my account is again suspended and I need to open the primary account 1st to appeal once the primary account is reinstated the I will have to appeal in this account, but other related account was closed when I requested amazon to close the other account as I opened 2 account by mistake with the same information and account was closed while it was suspended due to linked with account B. the account A was never activated for a single day and no sale was made from it. now my problem is when I try to login to account A, I got error message that amazon can’t recognise any account associated with this email. I still have the email from amazon that my account was closed and there were no pending orders and active listings.

I paid £1000 to appeal writing company but they are not helping, and asking to pay £1000 again. can anyone help me please how can I activate my closed account to appeal.?

Firstly, don’t pay anymore money, try to do this without this company, they are ripping you off.

Can you make any contact with Amazon through your second account?

Firstly, do NOT pay anybody any amount of money to help get your account reinstated, you will get better advice here on the forums.

Unfortunately I personally can’t help other than that but someone else should be along who is able to help.

Why was your original account never activated? What nationality are you? Do you live in a country accepted for Amazon registration?
Opening new accounts will not change the fact that sometimes it is not possible for everybody to get reinstated, especially those who may have been deactivated for good reason.

Hello, sorry I created multiple threads by mistake and closed the other one. I live in the UK and my account is also registered at UK amazon marketplace.

called amazon numerous times they confirmed my account is linked with an other account which is registered under the same company name but different email address. Amazon want me to reactivate that account first. But, unfortunately that account is permanently closed I have email from Amazon as a confirmation of account closure. for some reason amazon still have that information on system.

can anyone help how can I deal with this situation please. following is the latest appeal I submitted which was denied.

Dear Seller Performance Team,
Thank you for providing me the opportunity to appeal my seller account’s suspension due to related account. My Amazon account (XYXYZ** Company Ltd ) has been suspended due to being related to another seller account that may not be used to sell on Amazon. I understand holding two accounts is against Amazon’s polices.
What was the root cause that led to the issue?
I understand that Amazon takes the security of their sellers and customers very seriously and I would like to share what I think lead to my seller account being deactivated. I found a related account under the email address associated abc@mail.com that account was created under the company name XYXYZ** Company Ltd which is related to my account under the email address xx-----@mail.com under the company name XYXYZ** Company Ltd . Bothe accounts were suspended due to linked/related/verification issues before activation therefore, we requested Amazon to close our account under the email address abc@mail.com in order to avoid multiple or related accounts, the request was approved and seller account was successfully closed on Mon, Apr 20, 2020 at 2:45 AM case ID 0000000000 (please see attached email notification from Amazon confirming the same). After this date we had no access to the account nor received any further emails. Following are the account related.
A. abc@mail.com (XYXYZ** Company Ltd ) closed on Mon, Apr 20, 2020 at 2:45 AM case ID 0000000000
B. xx-----@mail.com (XYXYZ** Company Ltd ) Linked with account A.

The actions we have taken to resolve this issue?
As per Amazon instructions given in the suspension notification, we first need to reactivate related account, we tried to log in to submit the appeal using same email address abc@mail.com but we are unable to access that account as it was permanently closed. I have attached a screenshot and an email notification from amazon confirming the same. I understand that the related account was not fully verified while I submitted a request to amazon for closing the account, therefore, I am sending all related documents for the verifications using the appeal option from this account.
To summarize:
The linked account XYXYZ** Company Ltd was created using the email address abc@mail.com was not active for a single day and it was closed by requesting amazon under the case ID 0000000000.
The account linked with XYXYZ** Company Ltd is also Registered as XYXYZ** Company Ltd under the email address xx-----@mail.com . These two accounts are the same account.
We submit an appeal on 28 January 2021 20:09 GMT to address the issue about suspension dated 26 October 2020, our appeal was accepted by Amazon and account was reinstated on 28 January 2021 20:09 GMT (Screenshot attached)
My account got suspended again on 5 February 2021 for the same reason related to XYXYZ** Company Ltd , I believe there may be a glitch/error linking my account with the closed account after a successful appeal.
I will always aim to provide customers with the best service levels I can offer and I, in no way, wish to infringe on Amazons policies, guidelines and terms of service.
I would be grateful if you could re-look at my account suspension as soon as possible so that I can continue to work with Amazon.
What steps will you take to prevent future issues?
The steps I have implemented to resolve the issue and ensure that similar issues will not happen again.

  1. I reviewed the Amazon Program Policies and, in particular, the ‘Seller code of conduct’ and the ‘Multiple Selling Accounts on Amazon’ sections.
  2. I will not share my seller primary login and password or use another seller primary login and password.
  3. I will address each issue reported by Amazon in order of time until it has been solved.
  4. I can assure Amazon that I have taken note of and will make sure we work to the following policies and guidelines –

Seller Code of Conduct
Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions
Product Detail Page Rules
Condition Guidelines
5. To prevent any future related account issues, I have secured my IP address though setting up a restricted password control for access to my internet connection. This will ensure that no one else will be able to access my computer network or my internet protocol for communication.
6. A rigorous end to end auditable process has been implemented to ensure that we operate a successful Amazon account.

I have identified and addressed the issues surrounding related Amazon accounts I can assure Amazon that I fully understand all of Amazon’s policies and that my account is fully compliant. I believe that this plan sufficiently address the issue and I hope I will be able to continue selling on Amazon. I would be grateful if you can reinstate my account as soon as possible.
