Not getting access to Premium A+ despite meeting all the requirments

Hello,

We can't get access to Premium A+ content despite meeting all the requirements. Brand story is uploaded to all the products in the catalogue mapped under our brand. We have more than 15 A+ projects approved in the last year.

We raised a case and they replied Amazon grants access every month, but in Seller Central they clearly state access is granted every Friday.

Can you please help with this?
