Compliance review pending since September
We did our due diligence in getting all required compliance documents for our item before our stock arrived, and uploaded all of the required documents back in September. The documents have been in review since then. Amazon "escalated the case" and "is investigating" for the past two months, but nothing doing.
We've uploaded compliance docs for other items since, and they were approved within a day. So I'm very confused why this is taking so long.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
