Amazon lost inbound inventory

Hi, I sent an FBA shipment to the Amazon FC through a partnered carrier UPS. My shipment has descrepancies and amazon won't reimburse me for them. I am sure I sent the units and also have added photo proof and a supplier invoice in the case with ID: 10004482352 could someone look into this? Amazon simply says that the "Shipment contents have been counted and confirmed and we perform a second physical count on your behalf"
