Read onlyHello, I am so mad, I have created almost 100 cases but nobody reply.
My issue is I have both Euro account and America account, I just want to close my Euro account because we want focus on American market.
I have tried to close it by myself through Account Management or used the link provided by Seller Support, but the only thing they will do is all created a case saying it will reply later but noby reply to that case never.
Is there anybody have any idea, what should I do or what can I do? How can I get a Amazon Support to reply to my case or help me to close this Euro account?

Creating so many cases could be the reason - it has been stated on the forum that every time you create a new case the latest one goes to the bottom of the queue - how true that is, no-one knows for sure, but obviously there are thousands of new cases a day.
I advise requesting a call back instead of email - have you tried this?
If this doesn't work and you don't receive a resolution, create a new case quoting the last unresolved case and request a call back again. If the support agent can't resolve while on the phone, ask to be put through to a department that can assist.
You may need to speak to the captive team I suspect if front-line support staff cannot help.

I would recommend not clogging the system and creating so many cases. Stick to one case and if there is no answer or relevant answer, then you could always reopen the case by replying back.
