Brand Gating Process

@Manny_Amazon I have submitted the required documents for approval to sell a brand but I received a response 1 week ago stating that the invoice was ineligible. I have resubmitted this in various formats to be able to show the invoice is legitimate but I have had no response.

Please can you escalate to the relevant team to get back to me with the information required so that we can submit what more is needed?

The replies from the ungating are not always clear, but, even if you have a valid wholesale invoice some brands are now actually further gated, and can only be sold with direct permission of the brand themselves.

It really depends what you're selling now, not just where you bought it from.

I have supplied the original invoices for this approval process between reseller & distributor and manufacturer & distributor.

They are genuine, unedited invoices but I am stuck in an automated loop of rejection due to one or more of the documents failing verification.

I ask again that this be escalated as a matter of urgency and request a call back from a member of the team who can help. My contact info is part of the initial case ID

Seller submitted a new application for the brand Tefal today. The new application is currently under review, and a decision will be made by 10/29.

Since there is an open application for this, please advise Seller to wait until decision has been made from the new application.

Hi Spencer, We are having serious issues with this now. We need some form of immediate action taking to assist us. Please once you have seen this can you assist in organising a call with the correct team within Amazon so we can have a direct conversation with them. This has been ongoing now for over a month and we will soon begin to be severely affected by these issues. Please can you assist in any way possible as a matter of urgency. Any assistance will be hugely appreciated.
