Amazon Seller App API problem - Error code MD9999 - A2X / Helium 10
Hi all,
Recently I had to reconnect my A2X account after some issues. The EU account connected fine, but the NA account is having the following issue:
Something went wrong
We are sorry but we encountered an error while processing your request.
Please contact Selling Partner Support and provide them with the following information:
App ID: amzn1.sellerapps.app…6efaeb60d262
Error Code: MD9999
A2X don’t know how to solve it. Amazon are saying its the apps fault.
I have just had to do the same with Helium 10, and am having the same issue with them, exact same issue…
EU is fine, but NA not working.
Has anyone ever seen this? Can help?
