Stop Opt Out Brand Transparency

Does anyone have experience with cancelling or opting out of Amazon brand transparency? I can't find anything on the transparency website or the FAQ on how to cancel or opt out. Calling seller central is great fun as they say 'their isn't a phone number for that department.'

We've had so many issues with Amazon incorrectly invoicing for bar code downloads, fulfilment centre incorrectly scanning the bar codes and even the label printing company they recommend having issues.

The 'account manager' has changed 4 times in a year and doesn't reply to emails. Frankly, it doesn't seem worth the time, cost and headache it has caused.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

and also to note that the transparency label system does not work with bulk-buy amazon postage - (works ok with 1 at a time)

and does not work with Amazon Shipping,

the transparency project is not fit for purpose.

Hello @Seller_ew1DmcmgaYb1C,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you try the Transparency Contact Us form?

Best,

Julia.

I think this is the intended feature of most of the interactions we have with Amazon. If we cant bare contacting them, Amazon doesent have to pay us what were due....

The Amazon transparency system is totally flawed as we sell Genuine Philips products and some how Amazon have allocated the wrong codes to the wrong product. Philips in Germany have already taken back hundreds of their products for us and supplied us with more stock and STILL Amazon fails to recognise these codes as being related to the Amazon asin (B01B1742HM).

It seems to be a great tactic at making sure only Amazon keeps the buy box.

Finally the way you have to manually scan every single item you sell is very flawed and prone to human error especially if you are selling in quantity. There are at least 10 key strokes just to add ONE single Transparency code onto seller central, very impractical way to try and run a business yet very geared to making the platform unfairly hard for third party sellers. !!!!
