Item has been delivered but not marked as delivered on buyers acc
Ive sent an item to a customer via RM. Customer has told me he has received the item but buyers account will not let them leave feedback as it is showing still in transit and that the item is late. Sounds like the postie didnt scan the item. I dont want to get into any trouble for none delivery, is there any way this can be marked as delivered?

No unfortunately not. How long ago did they receive it? It usually updates in a couple if hours.

Around 3 days ago! If I could get another item sent on the same tracking, is it work the trouble to have a late delivery mark, as opposed to a not received mark? Customer confirmed delivery so its quite frustrating

RM untracked standard 1&2nd class tend to do this until delivery date lapses I find when buying from people using that service

Unfortunatly this happens from time to time and does affect your delivered on time metrics, but there isnt anything you can do about it that I know of.
Be happy that Amazon arent still sending out the ‘your item is late, request a refund’ emails that they were doing previously. That was more painful than the metric hit!
