My account (order history, money etc) has all disappeared

Hi,
I have sold a few items on my account. I have emails showing orders placed (the latest order was 5th November) yet when I log in to my seller account it is showing zero order history. I had about £200 owed to me, but that’s also saying £0 now.
Yesterday I changed my Amazon buyer email address, to the email address I use for my seller account - could this have affected anything?
I’ve raised these issues with seller support and I’m beyond frustrated at being told I need to clear my cache.
I’ve provided them with order numbers and have asked them what is showing on their system, as I have absolutely no sign of it on my seller account, which has been ignored a few times now.
Does anyone have any ideas?!
