How to get the refund of subscription fee?
i created a seller account but it was suspended without any reason. but it charged me several times for the subscription fee, i have no any inventory and sale record how to get the refund. I know you must tell me to turn seller support for help. but i did not without any reply.

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account was suspended shortly after registration and that you are getting charged a monthly fee.
Regarding the fee, this indicates that you signed up for the Professional Selling Plan (rather than Individual), even if it wasn’t your intention and this was done by a mistake.
Your payment method on file will keep getting charged unless you downgrade your Seller Account into Individual, regardless of it’s status or whether you are actively selling.

You can request a refund of any previously charged monthly fees by opening a case with the Seller Support following the downgrade, however this will only work once your account is in a good status and not suspended.
Meanwhile, I would advise you to provide Amazon any requested documents to ensure that you have your Seller Account reactivated as soon as possible.
