Suppressed!? For no valid reason. Why?
Amazon are randomly suppressing some popular and active listings for no reason at all!? What are the reason’s for this and how to appeal to activate them once more as fast as possible?

most of them are to do with the parent asin - which is a nightmare for us as we don’t even sell the parent asin so can’t make the changes !

I have the same problem - a product that’s been sold on Amazon for years, and we’re the only authorised distributor, so no-one else uses or amends the listing.
We haven’t changed anything about it, but suddenly the listing is marked as ‘suppressed’ due to ‘title using prohibited phrases’. The title hasn’t changed in 5 years.
I contacted Seller Support. First, they sent me a link to a bunch of information about what was and wasn’t allowed in the title. I could see nothing there that we were doing wrong, so I asked again, and got a completely different response that made no sense.
I assume it’s a glitch.

I have the same problem. Listing has just been suppressed. Only information i have got is that the listing has been suppressed due to a violation in the title but there is nothing wrong with the title. I have tried to change the title many times with no success. Spoke to Amazon seller central multiple times in the last couple of days and they are useless. Apparently there is a glitch with amazon and they are just suppressing ASIN for fun. There is no clear SLA for resolution.

Same happened to me, except my reason was ‘no images’ - they’d all been deleted! I put them all back on, then called Seller Support and was told that it was suppressed because I hadn’t put the weight of the product in the listing?! Anyway, it’s back now so I assume it was a glitch.

Mine was a problem with the title. Luckily I was able to amend this and it was fine .

one of our listing removed last week, I was selling along with other 12 sellers, now on my Account Health it mentioned that my account is at risk, amazon mentioned on my account health that my product have food product safety issue, if it was problem with my product why amazon delete the whole Asin and stopped other sellers from sell, amzaon asked me to create removal order which i did last week. How can i bring my account to good status which is currently at risk(Highlighting Yellow at Seller Central),i appealed for this and sent amazon product pictures and invoice. What i Can expect now?

We have noticed a number of our products don’t appear even though none of them are suppressed. We check daily. We search our own branded product and alternative brand appears. This has been on going matter for weeks.

We have hundreds of suppressed items. Often you submit changes and nothing happens, contact seller support and they can’t/won’t make the changes. The titles and information that we submit will not override the incorrect item shown. It usually results in us spending a week trying to resolve, then giving up and selling the items elsewhere.
Never experienced anywhere as frustrating to sell on as Amazon. The levels of inaccurate information is mind blowing. We have control over the information that our customers see everywhere else, but not Amazon.
