Valid customer Contact Info

Hi all,

Help needed.

We sell chairs on our account and they are shipped via courier, this is noted on our listing but customers dont always read everyting. I have had to cancel an order today as the contact number is not valid and cannot be passed to a courier, this has now affected our account through no fault of our own. I have tried to speak to amazon but have not really gotten anywhere.

If a customers contact number is invalid and I send the item and it gets returned we are then charged for the delivery and the return or we cancel the order and it affects the account, I have tried to call the number but as its invalid it will not connect and I have sent multiple messages via amazon to which I have received no response.

How am I supposed to avoid this, what can I do?
