My advice, Don’t sell on Amazon
Amazon is a heartless and faceless company. I removed all my products from FBA but one consignment went missing, the contents later being sold on eBay! That consignment was handled and subsequently stolen by an Amazon Courier. I reported this to Amazon in April and to date have not received any apology from them. Amazon, of course, only want to reimburse net value of the products, no consideration to the fact that their employee has damaged my brand by them being sold undervalued on eBay.
Seller Support pays lip service only to issues. Their call center is in the Philipines, they have no power to decisive action, everything is just passed up the chain to be ignored by more faceless individuals.
My advice, Don’t sell on Amazon.

If you have ANY evidence to back that claim up then I presume that you put in a report to the Police?
Amazon refunding you the net value of the goods is fair, your losses beyond that should be recovered by action against the courier responsible.
