error 8752 - help needed

error 8752 - help needed

We are trying to list our first own branded product on amazon and have been plagued by the 8752 error.

We have the GS1 barcodes, and they have been on the register for over a week. Our brand is also brand registered.

I prrovided all of the relevant screenshots to amaozn seller support but it has been a never ending circle of taking to bots and getting generic responses. I'll probably get one on this post as well, and it has been a very frustrating experience. Countless times the chat have lied saying i will get a response by the end of the day, and at one stage they have even said that the 'internal team' have been unable to replicate the error and to send over the screenshots again . They also seem to refuse to escelate or transfer you to anyone more senior.

We are constantly been provided with generic answers which do not solved the issue. the latest case ref is ID 10980157722

Its been almost 2 weeks and we have been unable to list anything on our brand and its having large effects on our business.

I've tried everything under the sun to resovle this issue. Removed the brand name from the title, tried the gtin, removed the 0 tried the ean. deleted the draft listings and started fresh, made sure every detail is matching exact including the barcode and brand name and lots of other things and still nothing.

the resonse from customer service makes no sense, so I ask how has anyone else who have come across this error managed to solve it?

Please take picture of your product and make sure your brand name should be embossed on the packaging, and provide to amazon team

I've looked into case ID 10980157722 and can see it's been properly escalated to the internal team. Seller Support is currently waiting to hear back from them.
