"Frequently returned item" on a product with 0 returns
My brand sells a lot of products that require some education, so the badge "Frequently returned item" is expected to pop up in many places. However, I have a product with 0 returns that has the badge.
Contacted support, but they said they would investigate and it's been a week since then.
Product happens to have stellar rating and only positive reviews, so really not sure what's going on here. If 0% returns are too much, all products on Amazon should have that badge... What am I missing?
