Amazon UK Account Reverification

Hello!

My Amazon UK account is on KYC verification and I have submitted the latest stamped bank statement for address verification but Amazon has rejected it by saying it must be dated within the last 180 days, I have contacted Seller support but they said they can’t provide any information and refer to latest email from KYC verification team. Is anyone here who has gone through the same issue?

Was it a personal bank statement you sent - not business ?

Have you tried a different utility bill from that list ?
