I'm facing an issue where I'm not able to access Brand Registry from any logins related to our Amazon account.
We are the brand owners, we have a valid trademark, and we currently have access to all the brand registry tools and benefits - so it must exist somewhere. But we're unable to perform necessary management tasks because it doesn't seem to be linked to our account.
We've tried to resubmit an application for brand registry and provided all the relevant details and documentation, but this has been rejected. We can't create a case to Brand Registry Support because it's showing as 'not having any registered brands'.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue and had any success in resolving it? Or if you have any suggestions, I'd be very grateful for any advice!
