Urgent escalation request – unresolved system bug blocking company verification since Dec 23
We would like to formally document an unresolved technical issue on Amazon’s side.
Since December 23, we have been unable to complete company verification due to a system bug that prevents uploading / submitting the required business information.
We have contacted Seller Support three times via chat and were assured that the issue would be forwarded to the appropriate department. To date, no solution, update, or written response has been received.
As a direct result of this unresolved issue:
• our account remains blocked
• we are unable to operate normally
• funds have been withheld / disappeared from our balance
This situation is causing ongoing financial damage and is entirely outside our control, as the verification process is technically impossible to complete.
We hereby request:
Immediate escalation to the relevant technical and verification team
Written confirmation that this is a known system issue
Clarification on the status of withheld funds
A concrete timeline for resolution
Please note that if this issue remains unresolved, we will be forced to seek resolution through formal EU consumer and regulatory channels, as this represents a prolonged service failure.
We kindly ask for a written response, not a generic template reply.

Have you checked that the image you want to upload complies with Amazon requirements, not all file extensions are supported but PDF, JPEG and PNG all work. Also look at the size of the upload file, and finally is there a problem with the speed of your upload. If it is a huge file and you have a low broadband link the connection might be falling out because its taking too long.
My advice is to try the upload using a different broadband connecton (for example in a town ciffee shop that has fast braodband).
I know. its a long shot but we had a similar issue and sig a smaller file and faster upload solved it immediately.

We have had a very similar situation that I've called amazon about....called them for the past 10 months. They have not fixed anything and will not give me any answers on when they will resolve the issue. We don't know what to do about this.
