I accidently registered a US account, whilst having a UK account.
Rendering both the UK and US accounts deactivated. In order to get back on track, I must close the US account (Sounds simple?) Before I can close my account, I have to video verify my US account and then once live, I can then try and reactivate my UK account.
I'm now stuck! Despite booking a bank of 3 dates/times for Amazon to video verify my account, they never confirm! (This is just to reactivate it, so I can eventually close it! and kick start my UK account)
I've been trying since November and despite several calls to the Support and live chats and lots of promises of "we have escalated this" nothing happens.
The last set of dates selected were yesterday, today and a date next week. The first 2 dates have been ignored by Amazon. I contacted the Seller Support and I'm expecting a response from Seller Support tomorrow, which I'm guessing will be an automated email asking me to book 3 more dates.
Despite contacting Seller Support several times - nothing has changed, despite the promises!
This is incredibly frustrating, I have stock waiting to be sent to FBA land, but I'm not allowed to use FBA.
I'm beginning to think this is deliberate. If so, just be honest!!!
