Amazon FBA Shipment creation
Hello All,
I’m wondering if anybody can help.
I am trying to create a shipment but we want to ship the item on a pallet.
Its all the same SKU so no variations etc.
This is what I have entered:
Step 1: Individual Units - 25 units
Step 1b: Selected ‘Everything will fit into one box’ - and then entered the following dimensions:
100cm x 80cm x 100cm weight: 250kg
After clicking confirm, i get the following error:
1 Error
Boxes that exceed the standard weight limit of 23.00 kg may contain only a single oversized item that exceeds 23.00 kg
Has anybody got a clue on how to set this up correctly as I’ve asked Seller Support multiple times but they say the generic email responses.
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to select case as its the same sku and LTL rather than boxes
I find the old workflow much easier to navigate if you can opt to go back to it

When creating a new case/template, I input the following details:
Units per box: 25
Box 100 x 80 x 100cm
Weight: 250kg
I still receive the following error: 1 Error
Boxes that exceed the standard weight limit of 23.00 kg may contain only a single oversized item that exceeds 23.00 kg
Not sure how this works.
