Read onlyI have sold over 14,000 products of one brand, Letter of Authorisation and relationship with the brand.. Everything going really well but had 2 customers false claim the items were fake the items were not fake at all, and I have the invoices so I thought all would be fine..
Firstly I was accussed of forging the invoices, until I sent a screenshot of the invoice being received, letter from the supplier's director stating the invoice is real, payment link and delivery tracking
Now the item has changed to something else of that same brand but I have never sold that item nor had it in my inventory, luckily I have bought that product before so I had invoices, but the invoice doesnt cover the volume sold lol 0?! 6 is higher than 0 right?
I dont know how to deal with this im shocked and costing me hundreds every day!
