Product Titles on Foreign Marketplaces
I have just recently pushed all seller fullfilled product listings to 4 European marketplaces. I am able to edit the product description and key features to be in the correct language (e.g French, Italian, Spanish & German) but every time time I try to change the product title it remains in English. I am aware that you can manually request Amazon to change the listing however I don’t know what proof i could provide and there’s also around 2000 listings I need to sort. Is there an easier way of changing the title?

According to my own experience, normally the titles (and descriptions) get translated automatically over time.
But this also depends on the way, how the listings were originally created. Mine were created without me doing anything. They were transferred from the source marketplace.

Have had a similar issue. They were translated by Amazon but couldn’t manually change to what I wanted, for both titles and product descriptions. When I asked Amazon why, they told me that sometimes your UK listing could end up in the wrong category in a French listing if its difficult for their systems to work out the right category.
so for example, if you sell shoes in the UK and class them under shoes, “other” category, in France if they have “shoes and bags” as one category in France, the system might not know if your product is a shoe or bag under the French listing. Only after you have manually updated the category will your changes update.
Have just done this so waiting to see if the changes will come through correctly. They are going to tell to wait 24 hours for the updates
