Orders not showing up in my account, only on my phone

Hi, I am getting notifications on my phone that I have orders but when I log into my laptop they are not showing up. Has anyone else had this issue? It’s making it very awkward to fulfill the items as I need to print packing slips and email customers their draft order (I’m on handmade.) Any advice would be appreciated Thanks
