FBA Packing Group Discount No Longer Appearing

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using an FBA feature where Amazon offered a discount on fulfilment fees if you sorted your SKUs into certain packing groups when creating an inbound shipment.

Previously, once I entered which SKUs I was sending to FBA, a discount option would appear if I followed Amazon’s recommended grouping. However, this discount offer is no longer appearing for me.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Has the feature been removed, paused, or changed in some way? I can’t see any announcements about it and just want to check if it’s an issue on my account or a wider update from Amazon.

Yes, it's missing for me as well today. Was missing on the 29th as well (the last time I checked) - until it reappeared later that day. I have two shipments just sitting now, awaiting it reappearing. It's always been completley unreliable for me, in a host of different ways.

It's not been available to us over the last 24 hours either. Hopefully they are just working on it and haven't removed it permanently.

I had the same problem last Sunday, and by the end of Monday it was working again. I had contacted seller support who were looking into it. I don't think they were aware of any issues as they were asking for screenshots, details of workflows. I have just started a new shipment and the problem has appeared again so obviously an issue at Amazon's end. I have submitted another case regarding the issue, at least now I will be able to point to this discussion to show others are having the same issue.

yes same for me. It seems to sometimes appear and at other times it does not. Does anyone know why? I tried with 1 sku this morning and it did not work, I then selected 2 skus and it worked. But then if i try this afternoon it might work again. Just trying to figure out if there is some science behind why and when they offer it, or if it is a glitch.

I've been away a few days and seems to be working fine today. Does anybody know if the issue is still there where it doesn't work if you add more than 50 SKU's? I'm splitting every time and making sure the Recommended Grouping qty is under this amount.

im having the same today, the shipment i created 1st october now wont let me move further than uploading the excel doc, says "error this item must be removed" (doesnt say which item) so i went to create another shipment and the packing discount has disappeared :/

Same for me, right after I was told to delete and start again for a workflow that had offered me a lot of money for a discount. The system seems very shakey and has wasted a huge amount of my time packing and repacking products.
