Account has been deactivated

Hi All

My account has been deactivated few months ago since then i am still trying to get it activated but not getting through it. Initially it was blocked due to ID verification. I have sent all related documents included bills, licence and also done live face and id verification. The lady told me you will get email within 72 hours but its been 2 weeks didn't get email and still its deactivated. Can anybody help me out of this please.
