FBA / Prime showing 5 day delivery
Seriously slow sales for day, in fact down completely. Product page showing THURSDAY for FBA / Prime, its now SAT 11am!
Seasonal stock, usually this time of year we've sold 50% of inventory, at 30% right now - seriously stressed!!
On top of that just been billed £4000 for storage fees as we sent the stock early end of Sep to avoid FC issues & we are into 600-800 a day on ads!!!

Why Amazon can't fulfil your FBA stock quicker you'll need to take up with them, raise a case with seller support and post the case number here with mods tagged so they can also help.
That said I've just looked up Christmas tree bases in an incognito window and while your sponsored listing appears high up, Amazon's choice is an FBM listing £1 cheaper than you like for like with a delivery estimate of Tuesday. Amazon cannot favour FBA sellers so ask yourself what you would do as a consumer? delivery time and pricing are both issues you face.

Maybe alter Ad spend rate? You may sell nearly as many without Adverts, as then you could reduce the price instead.
Storage Fees: Send less at one time, as more sells, send more to FBA, or ship yourself on SFP?
Some says Frequently returned, so maybe an issue.
I guess they are overly busy in some warehouses, some of which are abroad, check if stock has been moved?
Lots of competition for this type of item, so if yours are more expensive, could be a reason, not just delivery times.

Unfortunately I've been having the same issue. FBA showing Sunday delivery... its TUESDAY! Conversion rate has dropped by half and the worst thing is my competitors aren't effected! Its costing me hundreds in lost ad spend before I figured out the issue and it could cost thousands to rebuild my ranking again. Amazon need to offer some kind of compensation.

Are you still seeing slower sales and delivery dates extended?
If yes, please proceed opening a case with support sharing an ASIN or an order ID as example. If you did this already, you can share the ID here so that one of us Community Managers can give a look at it.

Check the warehouses your stock is in. It's more than likely in a holding warehouses
