Read onlyWe have a problem with search suppression on multiple ASIN with error "Remove any non-compliant mark-up from attribute [item_description] to ensure your data meets with Amazon's guidelines; don’t use HTML, JavaScript or other types of code in your product detail pages."
We have been trying to resolve this for 6 weeks and tried;
Despite multiple cases with Brand Support, including reassurances that issues have been "fixed," the ASIN remains search suppressed with no actionable or consistent feedback provided.
Latest case ID: 10730470032
Another forum where support resolved the issue but didn't advise how this was achieved; https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/2dc5a48f-7143-46c3-97ef-2314851d643f @Glenn_Amazon
It won't be A+ Content as I don't think you'd even be able to include HTMl in that.
Have you got an example ASIN - others may be able to take a look and see if there is anything they can spot.
Though with regards to HTML - only </br> is officially allowed to generate a line break.
Same issue for the same amount of time - no response/solution
