On Time Delivery Rate
Could somebody please explain to me what i am doing wrong?
my OTDR is 44% and shows 4 of 9 units over 14 days, why is the total only over 9 units when i send out many items per week? what triggers it to be of 9 items only? i am not sure what i am doing wrong as i am sending out the same day and via RM 1st class service

I don't use RM 1st class but I believe that this does not have any tracking. Anything you send with an untracked service does not get counted in the calculations as there is no way for Amazon to know when they arrived.
You must have sent 9 units using a tracked service of which 4 were late.
Does this make sense?
