Single member LLC+business bank account=No verification
If I follow Amazon's instructions for account setup, at https://developer.amazon.com/tax-interview/help?nodeId=201588330&locale=en_USl , it is impossible to verify my bank account for these new INFORM act requirements.
As a single member LLC I am instructed to enter "individual" followed by my own name and SS# on the "legal entity": "tax information" page. However, single member LLCs have business bank accounts, under the business name, so when I attempt to verify the account it is rejected due to my name not being the business name, even though I have my DBA name as the business name.
If this is the way things are going to work and I have to put my business name as the "individual", it would seem best for Amazon's instructions to not include the phrase "The name provided in the "Name" field...should never be the name of a disregarded entity", since that's what a single member LLC is. Quite the conundrum.

Hello there, my name is CR and I wanted to pop in here to see if you were still stuck with INFORM Consumer Act verifications here.
From a quick look at your account, it looks like it is not currently active, and was terminated.
Have you opened a case with Seller Support to see if they can provide you with some guidance on your specific situation yet?

@Seller_z9e6kTsdlMXsGHi, were you able to get this resolved? I've been dealing with the same exact issue since June with no payment and just got deactivated this week because of this.
