@Seller_RSwABJNHpHnEZ Hello again!
Hope you're doing well. I have a couple more items that I would really appreciate your help with.

SHIPPING CORRECTION NEEDED #1
I have recently encountered another case that is virtually identical to 17651530651. In that case, as a reminder, we had:
My dimensions: [60 X 6.25 X 6.25 IN Weight: 128 OZ = 8 LB]
Fedex measured dimensions: [60 X 6 X 6 IN Weight: 40 LB].
So Fedex measured 1/4" SMALLER in width/height, and rounded up dimensional weight to the standard 40lbs.
Fee of ~ $274. For apparently no discernible reason? That one was refunded. Thank you again for your help with that.

But now we have a new, very similar, case 17905764951. This one is unresolved. Here we have:
My dimensions: [61 X 6.25 X 6.25 IN Weight: 128 OZ = 8 LB]
Fedex measured dimensions: [61 X 6 X 6 IN Weight: 40 LB].
Can can see it's the same pattern: Fedex measured 1/4" SMALLER in width/height, and rounded up dimensional weight to the standard 40lbs.
Fee of $104.34

You'll see that the reps I've interacted on that case refused to contact Fedex and said that I had to do this myself.
I knew this would not work, but I tried contacting Fedex anyway to ask about this tracking number, per the Amazon rep's advice. No surprise - just as I pointed out to the reps would happen - Fedex absolutely refused to talk to me about this shipment. I could get no details whatsoever. This was quite frustrating as it underscores the fact that both reps' guidance was wrong.

I'd ask for two things:
1) Can you work whatever behind-the-scenes magic you worked on the other case, on this one? To get that $104.34 fee reversed.
2) Can you request a review of the customer support training / policies regarding this type of thing? It needs to be updated to say that Amazon can and should contact Fedex in similar cases, and that Fedex will not talk to the individual shipper.

SHIPPING CORRECTION NEEDED #2
Tracking # 1ZW34C900331948932
Case already started but reps seem to not want to appeal to UPS.
The pertinent question is, of course, "was my package actually 96" or 97"?" And the clear answer, as evidenced by photos with the exact tracking number on the exact box, is that 96" is correct.
So we just need the right person at UPS to look at that and say, "oh yeah, that does look like a mistake on our end. Let me get that corrected for you." That's all I'm asking :)
